Seraphinite is the name given to the variety of the green chemical Clinochlore with sparkling silver Mica inclusions that give this green Crystal it's shimmering effect. The name Seraphinite is thought to come from the celestial beings the Seraphim. These things have three pairs of wings, one pair to hide their face, one pair to hide their feet, and one pair to fly with; and the feather like patterns in the Seraphinite are said to resemble these wings. It was only discovered in the 19th century, and his mind in very limited locations in Siberia, Russia.
