Menagerie of Crystals offers payment via Chime, Venmo, and Ca$hApp. Using manual payment not only creates an invoice and paper trail here on the website, but funds go straight to the cat sanctuary. We assure you that honesty and integrity are of the utmost importance, as is your happiness with your order, experience, and interaction with us. You are in no way pressured to use this service, especially if you are unsure of the use of these options. 

 

Payments are sent to PiperMOC in each app.

 

With Venmo, it's recommended to use emojis or a comment like "crystals". If your user name is very different from your order, give some identifier in the comment section of your order, or simply send me a DM or email us. If we are unsure, we will reach out to confirm your order. 

 

Order Confirmation & Shipping

Once we confirm payment for the order, it is marked as paid and remains in que to be packed and shipped. As with all orders, once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with confirmation of fulfillment and a tracking number.
